SARASOTA TO HOST WOMEN'S STATE 600 CLUB TOURNAMENT IN OCTOBER
It was almost a unanimous vote at the Women's State 600 Club tournament last October. The 600 Club bowlers want to come to Sarasota in October for the annual tournament. So a group of Sarasota 600 bowlers started the ball rolling on the plans for the event. Stay tuned for the details and a copy of the entry form. The Event is being held on October 16 and 17, 2010, at AMF Gulf Gate Lanes.
If you bowled your first ever 600 in Florida or any other State and would like to join the Florida State 600 Club, please contact Pat Peters at JPPP2@verizon.net. She has applications available for the asking! She also has information about joining the National 600 Club.

MEN'S STATE JAMBOREE
The SMC USBC will be bidding to host the Men's State Jamboree in Sarasota in 2011 and plans are being made for a memorable weekend (October 7-9, 2011).
FLORIDA WOMEN'S BOWLING ASSOCIATION TOURNAMENT
The SMC USBC will also be bidding to host the Florida Women's Bowling Association Tournament in 2011. It's been many years since we hosted the event in Sarasota and bowlers from all over the State will be participating in the events being hosted here in 2011!
